Tasmania State Championships 2007/08
Nick and James Richardson who sailed NS 1938 The
Hedgehog to victory in this years Tasmanian NS14 State Championships.
In a weekend of very light and shifty winds Nick and his son James
came out in front of the best of seven races at Lindisfarne Sailing
Club.
It was a hotly contested championship with between the top four
or five boats. In very trying conditions on the first two days,
the winners varied from race to race. On the final day a southerly
change finally allowed some of the heavier crews the chance to
show how they could go. In the end it was The Hedgehog
who won the weekend.
